Incoming Request<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Shaping an innovative project in the mechatronic field based on hydrogen technology<\/strong>: this is the request that we received from one of our customers, who had already made considerable investments for this project and who would have obtained a strong image from its implementation.<\/p>\n

What the customer was looking for was a true partner<\/strong>: competent in the required production processes and in the cross-functional requirements of the product, reliable and able to cooperate quickly and continuously<\/strong>, as well as capable to provide suitable human and production resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A really important assignment, which we decided to accept with the certainty that we would be able to satisfy our client’s request.<\/p>\n

Project Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The goal was to support the customer from the first prototyping phase of the product to its engineering and industrialization<\/strong> for mass production in aluminium high pressure die-casting.<\/p>\n

The crucial phase of this project consisted of a thorough analysis in collaboration with the customer of the single elements and production processes<\/strong>, specifically raw materials, the available die-casting options, reduced machining, necessary treatments and simplified assembly.<\/p>\n

In addition, these production steps had to be examined as a whole in order to be able to predict and prevent any risks, as well as exploit the advantages and technological margins of the linked processes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Thanks to a direct cooperation with the customer that has allowed us day after day to build a relationship of mutual trust, we have successfully started the development of the project, which has materialized in the innovative products required<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We were able to<\/strong> put in place all our skills and ability to manage the different production processes<\/strong>, successfully applying them to a project that for its peculiarities required the utmost care at every stage.<\/p>\n
