BGP is specialized in the manufacturing of aluminium die-casting components for electrical motors, pumps and industrial applications. In 2009 the company has been taken over by the company Tecnopress and has established itself as a leader on the target market standing out due to the excellent functional performances of its products and expanding its range with machined and semi-assembled die-cast components for several industrial applications.

In addition to the recognized ability to produce even complex castings according to the increasingly challenging requirements that the market demands, BGP offers specific knowledge and expertise to support customers in the development of their products, starting with the feasibility study through the design and engineering of the tools up to the supply of the castings following the technical and quality requirements defined and shared with the customers.

BGP runs severe checks on the incoming raw material, on the castings and processes to reach and guarantee the quality level expected by the customer. The quality assurance system is certified following the standard ISO 9001:2015 and defines the procedures and checking modalities.

Engineering

The technical department of BGP collaborates proactively with the customers on the industrialization of the castings optimizing their geometry according to the die-casting process and their final use. Preventing and reducing process risks and reaping the quality and efficiency benefits of properly designed and built moulds are BGP’s technical goals and commitment to its customers. With their experience, our employees can take advantage of the benefits of the casting simulation program to anticipate risk analysis and implement effective production tools.

Production

The capacity of BGP covers a wide range of castings in size and weight thanks to the die-casting machine pool which goes from 400 to 1350 tons. Among the latest investments in production assets a new state-of-the-art die-casting cell of 1000 tons has been installed. Each step of the production cycle is supervised by the company staff. A smart networking computing system allows an on-time survey over all manufacturing phases.

Finishing and machining

In addition to the die-casting BGP offers an all-round service including several die-casting finishings, treatment and machining of castings according to the needs and uses for which the products are intended. A network of selected and monitored supplying partners enables us to ensure reliable and consistent levels of quality. Whether it is sandblasting or tumbling, anodizing or heat treatment the reference requirements of the finished product are those expected by our customers.
